Placing an Order:

In placing an order; email us with your requirements.  You will receive a response to those requirements and a price quote which is good for ten days from the date of the email response.  Full and complete further information will be stated within that response email.

No ammunition is sold to anyone in the following States: California, Massachusetts, City of Chicago, ( Illinois must furnish a copy of their Firearm’s ID card ) New Jersey, New York City, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, Vermont, Cleveland, Ohio, Washington, D.C. or any other Fascist State or City that does not support the United States Constitution,

Check your local restrictive laws and orders. ONLY have your local dealer contact us for your order.  We will then only ship to your local dealer upon receiving their valid FFL 01 license.

You must be 21 years of age or older with proof of such information in order to purchase ammunition from us.

We only conduct business with 01 Federal Firearms Dealers, Federal, State and Local governments when proof of who they are is furnished.

The minimum required information for ammunition to be made is make, model, version, bore and groove dimensions, chamber cast made of cerrosafe, do not use out of  book specifications, take the information directly from the firearm.

Old guns are a lot of fun to shoot, however, they can also be very dangerous. Test fire your firearm remotely, securing it, covering it and using a string over 300 feet long to fire the firearm.  Learn the correct functioning of the old firearm, each may have its own peculiarities of operation and disassembly, be sure you have been around guns all your life but no one knows it all, neither do you.  Be safe not sorry!

No ammunition is considered safe for use in DAMASCUS barreled firearms.

Too many people feel that they have the correct information regarding the cartridge they want for a particular firearm, this is not always the correct answer, the BEST way to determine the correct bore and groove diameters is to use cerrosafe full chamber cast of the chambering area of the breach, then have the full bore slugged to determine the correct bore and groove dimensions. The best product to use is cerrosafe, if you cannot find it we stock it, be safe not sorry! Lead bullets require different groove depths than jacketed bullets, interchanging them in barrels can cause damage and poor accuracy.

Refund Policy

            NO REFUND OR RETURNS PERIOD!

The refund policy of 2nd Amendment and any related companies is as follows and cannot be altered by any employee of any of its companies except those exceptions given in written form signed by both the President and Vice President of the companies. Return Material Authorization is mandatory.  “As In Condition” for all sales of other than new condition, sale of firearms are not refundable or returnable under any  circumstances and are subject to manufacturer’s warranty only.  Return defective firearms to the manufacturer not the seller.

Gunsmithing services are not subject to refund however should the workmanship be defective the cost of correcting the incorrect workmanship will be at the expense of the vendor but no subsequent or related costs will be covered including but not limited to freight costs or return of the 2nd Amendment or its return freight to the customer.  The sole determining decision regarding an implied defective workmanship shall be that of 2nd Amendment or its related companies.

Ammunition sales are either new, surplus or custom manufactured.  Neither new, surplus, obsolete or custom manufactured ammunition is returnable or refundable under any circumstances.  Ammunitions are sold in either new or “AS IS “ condition.  KNOW WHAT YOU WANT before ordering.

Strict insurance and State and Federal Laws govern the return of firearms and ammunition.

Paper patched Cartridges:  These require you the customer to inform us as to the following: Bore diameter, groove diameter, groove depth, caliber of of the cartridge, barrel twist, direction of twist and the bullet weight.

Some cartridges require final fire forming, if you do not feel comfortable with this, then you must send the complete rifle to us with return shipping costs and we will fire form the cartridges for you.  Then we will reload the cartridges ten return the rifle and cartridges ordered to you.  Please do not be mislead almost all reformed brass and loaded reformed brass and loaded ammunition must ( IF OTHER THAN ACTUAL CASE MARKED CALIBER BRASS IS USED ) must be fire formed to complete case formation for a cartridge.

Pricing:

We do not publish our pricing on the web site simply because costs and materials change too rapidly.  Our prices are very conservative even if you may not think so, we attempt to use headstamped new virgin brass, new machined brass and cases, or as a last resort reformed brass cases.  We do not short cut specifications and we are also tired of trying to make cases work that customer send to us because they were able to purchase brass cheaper, well, people know what their work is worth.  And so do we.  You get what you pay for, if it is too good to be true its better you do not buy the cheap stuff.  Remember pricing also includes 11% required Federal Excise Tax on the sale amount of the item, so the government can get a cut of everyone’s work for them doing nothing.  

Delivery:

We stock a shit load of ammunition, but some calibers are special order which takes time to make, this is custom work by skilled craftsman, it is not the 5 and dime store junk.  It takes time to make and orders are filed in he order that they are received, NO EXCEPTIONS!  By placing an order the customer fully accepts all terms, conditions and policies of 2nd Amendment in lieu of any others that may or may not apply from other sources.  Orders are non refundable, make certain you know what you are ordering that includes the correct caliber, dimensions and specifications.  We cannot do that for you since we do not have the firearm or knowledge of it or if it was modified.

Guarantee:

Our quarantine is simple to understand, if you are not satisfied with any item that you receive

You have THREE days to return it for replacement or a refund of the price less shipping. No returned without proper authorization number.   A letter stating the specific issue must accompany all returns.  All returns must be in the same condition as when you received them. Any alterations use or work will void the guarantee.  Special order items are not returnable.  We do not refund any shipping or credit card fees unless the error or problem causing the return is our fault.  Sole determination is restricted to our determination.  Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee charge.  Any returns due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking feee if approved.  Send all shipments prepaid. COD shipments will be refused.  Special order items are items that we offer but do not stock as regular inventory.
